Deposit
A deposit is required to reserve your date and equipment. The deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation, the deposit is not returned.
Use Your Deposit for Another Event
Your deposit is not lost: if you cancel, you can apply it as a credit toward another event with Adventure Fifi Party Rental. Just contact us to choose your new date.
Weather-Related Cancellations
If your event is cancelled due to severe weather conditions, we will reschedule it and your deposit will be applied to the new date.
Equipment Issues
If equipment fails to function properly and we cannot provide a replacement, you will receive a full refund for the affected item.
